failing load region

Hello

When i am trying to go through gate on the way to bronze doors apears message failing load region. Is it bug or something else. Sorry if it is a stupid question, i am a newbie

have you run the updater recently?

I am having similar trouble loading the Jayose Library region. A GM helped me by moving me into the region, but I couldn't load it.

Every time I tried to enter the region, it would start loading, and then soon after say "Loading failed!" in a popup. I have run the updater, no dice. In the Planeshift Setup, I have "Preload Models" and "Keep Maps Loaded" on.

I am running Windows XP on a Dell Inspiron B130 notebook, over a Comcast ADSL connection (with 2GB RAM), and I have never previously had this problem.

Edit: Tried deleting C:/Documents And Settings/<username omitted>/Application Data/PlaneShift. Was able to load a region, but couldn't load the next.

I'm afraid to try to /die so I can get to Ojaveda, as the Death Realm might not load and my character will be stuck in limbo. =O

Edit2: After another attempt, I can't enter the world anymore as my character. (Yakedo Shippuu)

Edit3: I am going to bed now. Hope someone replies soon. =(

try creating a new char and submitting a petition to the gm staff.

What exactly would I put in this petition?

EDIT: Can't load my new character! I hope this problem is solved expediently, but I severely doubt it.

I reinstalled, and updated with --CheckIntegrity, and everything works again.

WinXP SP2 on a Dell B130 Inspiron with a Pentium M and 2GB RAM. I am reasonably certain it had something to do with the updater.

just so you know exact system stats includes graphics card and drivers. glad you got it working though.
