Description of the bug: First, the games takes hours to load (often hangs at this stage)....when I finally can get on I am lagged like hell.  Sometimes I can move and then I can\'t for a while, sometimes it compleatly stops and the only way to get out of it is rebooting the pc.

afaik it\'s (usually) the server\'s fault ...today i ran it pretty smoothly on my puny athlon t-bird 900MHz with 256MB ram (half of it is borked to death!!!) on my linux.

but, yea, my brother had the same hell as you with his windows_xp install ...i dunno whatcauses the freeze, but the lag is almost surely server\'s fault
