Links are fixed now, even though I'm not sure 0.4.03 info is relevant anymore.

Ah.  lol.  My version in svn is 0.4.04 but we're working on 0.5 right now, not 0.4.04 so I thought .04 was released already.  Pay no attention to my comment now. :)
