I looked at FAQ and didnt find answer there, also search but didnt really find a clear answer there either.

It said the Klyros or traditionel archers, cause of their skill to make bows.
But can every class wield bows and get bow skills?

this is not a working skill ingame and when it becomes one then those issues will be considered in greater detail.

the answer will be yes. but the klyros are not a class, they are a race. if i recall some of my early ps.... ps is a classless game. any char can be anything it just may take a little longer.
