trouble targetting?

Anyone else having trouble targetting (mobs, players, NPCs-- haven't tried items).  Since the last server restart /target is broken for me, as is targetting by mouse.  Just wondering if this is happening to anyone else.

I've still got this issue, which essentially makes the game unplayable.  I've run out of ideas for debugging it, so I'd really like to know if anyone else is running into this behaviour.  Please post here or in the bugtracker if you have this problem:

I too have a problem targeting npcs. Except in my case /target works but mouse clicking does not.

Have you checked your options (<o>-key), section Controls/Mouse if "EntitiySelect"is set to "LeftClick"?

Setting for mouse were at default.  But this problem went away on its own yesterday just as mysteriously as it appeared.  It had started immediately after a server restart, and I can only assume something changed again on the next one.
