Webdesigning for translation

Hi! I'm currently working on translating the website for Portuguese but since I'm poor at webdesigning I need someone to help me get a working copy of ps.it website so I can faithfully translate it.

the main website is very outdated in a lot of respects, also do you even know if there is a need to translate it and do you have permission from the ps staff to do so?

Yes, I have already talked to Talad about it and he thinks it would be good.
I don't mind if it's outdated, it's still official right? :P
