No mirrors available

I have installed the client, corrected 'false' to 'true' , now the updater says there are no mirrors available.
Are they down for a particular reason? When will they be back up?

EDIT:
Firewall was blocking access.

ok instead of posting another thread, I figured I'd just post up in this one.

Basically I have the exact same problem.  I'm running this on Mac OSX 10.5 and I'm pretty sure there isn't any firewall on my computer to block access to these mirrors...so any help would be greatly appreciated.
