Not that i don?t like Planeshift, but are there any other good Free mmorpgs? I would like to see more since i have a adsl connection for just 2 weeks now

I think it\'s better to just wait for Planeshift since there is no good free MMORPG at present time.
Buy Neverwinter nights if you want a good RPG game that bad (the game costs 30 dollars, but when you\'ve bought it you can play on the net all you want since it\'s hosted by gamespy)

Well I am currently playing a couple of MUDs, if you want roleplaying they are the best way to go, but being text-based many might not like em.

I used to play Runescape a lot, but there are 2 reasons why i went looking for other mmorpgs

1. I want something 3D like PS
2. They put so many restrictions on it, it was hard to get anywhere in the game.

Bah. MUDs are the best online games. Boy do I miss the good ol\' BBS days... I actually believe that most online games have gotten worse since MUDs.

muds/text based games are extremely detailed and rich in storyline. ill give them that much credit. but still, i dont like them either. it seems way to complicated. there are sometimes hundreds of \"commands\" you need to memorize to play the game efficiently. the only thing that keeps me out of mud/text based games is the lack of simplicity. in other words, they are to complicated for my feeble mind :P

Muds arn\'t that bad i guess but BUT seeing I like 3D modeling, reading comic books, and watching TV shows I rarely read books which means i can\'t stick at a mud for more than one minute

well there is a free 3d mmorpg called mu-online its really far at development to... But it is in korean and only koreans is supposed to get accounts

The Koreans are the kings of online gaming! Have you seen their 24-hour Professional Starcraft and Warcraft channel! That rocks! And to think that there aren\'t any Korean-conversions for those games either...

Wait a minute. Kyp, you play Shadow Worlds?  I remember you, I think.  I was SJ-Landon.  I think You killed me all the time.  I quit a couple months ago, mostly because of the insane amounts of exp you lose from dying.
