Problem when starting the client

I fixed my updater using the information in the forums, and it updated. The problem is, every time I start the client, this pops up. "This application has failed to start because OpenAL32.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

I have re-installed many times, but it still doesn't work.

Anyone know what's up?

Have you read http://hydlaa.com/smf/index.php?topic=33701.0, and followed the exact instruction given there for windows?

if you have issues with starting the game after running the updater from the cmd line [start run cmd]

"C:\your\path\to\where\ps\is\installed\psupdater.exe" CheckIntegrity

Don't forget to try this when you have done everything else before and it still doesn't work.

Well aparently i fixed it myself. I was looking around in the forums and found some other stuff. I had to delete the psupdater.cfg file in order for my updater to fully work right. Now after i updating everything, im good to go.
