Update can't finnish last update

It was smoothly updating until the last one where when it hit 25% it said a whole lot of stuff about how it couldn't do last update and then finnished I tried to play game and didn't work. I've tried everything including delete everything between <client></client> and it doesnt seem to do anything now. I don't know what to do.

Without knowing what the "whole lot of stuff" said, we cant really help much. Also, what file did it fail on?
