Enki, Menki, Fenki...

Are any of these terms really accepted by settings, or are they just player-made slang?

Dev made slang, actually.

And they are commonly accepted in RP, and I think some npcs use the term. Though most enkidukai say 'tabbey' instead of enki, fenki, or menki.

Tabbey? Or Tabei? Can't remember... On the subject of Enkis, what do they call their young? I've seen players call them cubs, kits, and pups.

Enkien:

dhavathu - young, new, inexperienced
dira - child/baby/infant
dipada - son
diraba - daughter

"Tabei" means "trusted friend". "Menki" and "fenki" are marked as "common slang" in the dictionary. The corresponding enkien words are "enkidukol" and "enkiduyba".
