Well i do not know where to post this but i hope this is the appropriate place, i have a few reasons for this post which i will explain as i go.
The first part of this post is an apology towards the person that had to moderate my prior post.
Well sometimes i cannot understand thing's when i read, i had read the rules for the wish-list forum
http://hydlaa.com/smf/index.php?topic=21400.0 but i could not understand a certain part at the time...
"
and only if NONE of the following apply:"
No matter how many times i read it the other night the words just did not make sense, and i was eager to say what i wanted to before i forgot it.
Now i have had similar thing's happen like this before on on occasion under trivial circumstances... Not post deletion, just not being able to comprehend a few odd lines at the time. Now i admit i am not big on following rules if i do not feel they are reasonable, but the rules stated were reasonable. (this is my way of saying i do not hold it against anyone for doing their job, and that i was on the wrong in this... But i feel i need to explain why because i think not explaining why would be dishonest of me)
(i posted this in the forum due to the fact i was not told who moderated my post, and i assume if i was not messaged by this person that i do not need to know. This allows the person to retain anonymity and me to apologize at the same time i hope.)
---
Now the second is a question i really hope can be answered (just to be clear this entire post is a different subject) without being deleted, and for the record technically this post can probably be considered against the rules too under -
A) * Debates bans, warnings, Game Master or moderator actions.
Any inquiries or comments are to be sent in private messages or via email. A moderator may choose to publicly inform the participants of the forum about bans and warnings if this is in the interest of the forum. For further information on GM issues, check the "Reporting In-Game Abuse" thread. And B) Re-post the same topic or material of a thread that has been closed by a moderator,
or continue the closed discussion through a new thread. (depending on interpretation)
Is it possible in the future that if i make a similar mistake that whoever moderated it could inform me of what i did? I i strongly suspect that it has to do with the amount of time i have been here after i have read the rules on a different day (sometimes reading something anywhere from a few hours to months later i can understand what i missed) But i do have some disabilities such as memory problems and sometimes misunderstanding what is wrote even if one would think it should be clear (which although i felt that if written differently i would have understood it the rules normally would have been clear) i admit that i am probably a little bit OCD (yes that is worded wrong if you consider what the words are i know...) and i most likely take this more serious than the person who moderated this, and i really do not want to feel like i need to avoid the forums just because i goof up once in a while. (that has nothing to do with you guys, just the OCD thing.)
Even if the topic is deleted if someone could just make sure my apology is given to the right person i would be fine with that. (providing i knew it was given otherwise i would feel like a... well)
