Cannot Get My Life Infusion Glyph Back

A few days back my Life Infusion glyph disappeared from my inventory, i talked to a gm and he asked me if it was hidden in any sacks but its definitely gone. The spell is still in my spellbook but i cannot cast it because i "do not have the purified glyph(s) required to cast the spell.

He told me i could repeat the quest but when i ask the npc he says "Nothing for you at the moment" i asked the gm and he said its possible that you must wait for the quest to become available again but it has been a few days now and i want to know if there is anyway of getting the glyph back, i'm considering making another character just for the glyph.

making another character seems the best way , still there is another quest which offers you the glyph as reward, but you might not find it soon 
or buy the glyph from another player if you have the chance.

Ugh, this is really frustrating, i created another character and he wont give me the quest, i get the coal one, the ring one but never the rat eye one.

Anyone out there willing to sell me one of these glyphs, its been a week now of trying to get my hands on one and im starting to give up hope...

Ah, nvm i got someone to do the quest for me as i traded the rat eyes to that person.
