unarchiving problem (MAC)

i ve checked ALL the stickies. RIGHT after i unarchive the game it says i cant unarchive it. (error 1 operation not permitted) any help here :-\ ??? ::|

Your download is probably corrupted. The download is supposed to be 343 MB. If it isn't, try downloading again.
