When you get the message to create the dump file, click on No and tell us what dll it crashes on.  I don't know how to do this in Vista.

That problem is on world loading.  This one can't even make it to the login screen, so disabling Vertex Buffer Object might not do anything.  I am wondering if it is just outdated ATI drivers since he's claiming the splash screen doesn't even show.

Hmm, if anyone can link me the site to update drivers, I will. I CBA because I have to go for a day or 2 to visit family.

www.ati.com look for graphics drivers
