Weird view when just logging in

First attempt to post a screenie. This is what I saw when I logged in. I did not get any error messages.
Compaq Presario 2525US
Windows XP home
512 memory with 128 shared to video
P4 2.4

Radeon igp 345m according to device manager. driver 6.14.10.6436 dated 5/15/04. It is the latest driver windows can find and radeon has no newer drivers listed on their site.

This began happening much more frequently but without the smearing effect from movement. I discovered I had -fullbright tagged to the shortcut for the darkness issue, which I had forgotten I had set. Removing the fullbright has resolved the issue.

I guess I should have said this error has only happened once. I did however have trouble logging in. Took 4 tries to get to the log in screen. --repair said everything was fine. That was the result when I got into the game.

what video card do you have and do you have the lastest drivers for it? also you might want to find a post that tells you where your logs are for your os and go in the options folder there and delete the "camera.xml" file and see if that helps any.
