The Official XilliX Worship Thread
« on: December 22, 2008, 01:34:26 pm »
Well, I shall be blunt. XilliX, the fount of all wisdom, in whose light only we thrive and multiply, believes brevity a virtue. Brevity is, after all, next to godliness, in an extremely abridged dictionary. This is the official conversion thread for the XilliXian faith, all converts please post their names below. XilliX desires your worship and, above alll, your votes! (And he knows. He is, after all, omnirecognant)

Why, you ask, why should I convert to XilliX-worship? I must inform you that the Great XilliX would of course disdain such a vulgar query, but for this time, I will deign to answer. XilliX is a more practical deity than much of the divine pantheon. To gaze upon his face you are merely required to navigate the internet; a far cry from hiring Da Vinci to paint your associated saints. XilliX is also a more considerate deity than many. Having modernised himself for the new millenium, he neglects purely spriritual concerns, rather demanding of his worshippers only what they can deliver: a lifetime of servitude, your soul, and the e-quivalent of a signature in blood on the dotted line. Why, 'tis far from these unworldly promises of compassion. XilliX also embraces justice. Reasoning that it is, of course, impossible to bestow love upon every individual, he instead encourages his worshippers to engage in wanton malice to all, irrespective of identity. Equality is, after all, a large part of justice. Far from these unworldly concerns in which most of the known pantheon care to indulge, XilliX wholeheartedly embraces the spirit of consumerism; so long as all goods are purchased, respectively, from him. And if you do not, you shall taste the reason that he deserves the award for meanest. You have been warned, for XilliX is fair and mighty and worshipful, and you shall worship him in turn. And he shall rain down bounty amongst you, and you shall be glad, though somewhat depressed.

Convert to XilliX! Vote now!

I'll bet nobody noticed if you make it XIIIIX and convert it from the Roman numerals it is 22. If you are picky and drop the L's you get 120. So that would be 22, 4, and 3 for numerical and divinatory purposes. But 22 is a really weird number in numerology. I did a quick web check for a description and was amused to say the least. If we go with the straight 3, it is odd because it relates to the Empress in Tarot. Oi! I guess there is enough nonsensical, circumstantial evidence to support the movement. But I am not joining any weird religious cults as my character only believes in Talad, because he has access to the database.

A Look at the Number Four

A number four influence is all about providing a solid foundation to work from.  Those people who have number four names and birthdays are traditionally hard workers.  They are dependable and tend to be conservative.  This is simply because fours like to make sure whatever they build will stand up to the test of time.

The Master Number Influence

In numerology 22 will give those number four people a higher purpose in life.  So a number four doesn’t just work hard to build a stable lasting home for their family and a success long lasting career.  The number four person with a 22 influence also works to build homes for other people.  Or they’ll work to build up things for others on a grander scale.

The Master Number influence encourages these number four people to help others and help the world in a positive way.  It is quite the spiritual influence to have.

The energy of Number 3 is quick, clever, enthusiastic, creative, verbal, and often touched with a ready sense of humor. Number 3 and its characteristics are associated astrologically with Gemini and Leo, and with The Empress in the Tarot deck.

Based on those descriptions I could see them applying... on a good day for Xillix, haahahha!

I do not see many who have followed you Eathon according to the replies in this thread anyway. Even neko wants to ban anyone who posts here.
