Laanx dungeon exit glitch

I do not exactly know under which format to post this, but anyway...

I've exited the Laanx Dungeon twice already and at both times, at the point where I'm behind the crates and about to enter the street, I seem to "fall" through the floor and after a period, land up dead on the Hydlaa plaza.

I've looked around the forums a bit, and I've been unable to find another post relevant to this case.

Could anybody tell me why this situation comes up like this? Could this glitch also be fixed?

For now there isn't much to do to fix it (as we don't really know the real reasons) for the future in place there is a sign post near the exit which you can use (click the ground near it) to go outside. many portals with issues have those so you can go trough the issue

Been a few weeks since I was there, but I seem to remember there is already a signpost there for that.  Someone check out and confirm?  If it is, try using it as weltall described.
