I never expected furniture to be part of the dividends. I have no problem with the company investing in facilities and/or stock. Those go toward the companies valuation. Should the company be liquidated then I would expect my share of the proceeds. Do you have a re-investment plan whereby I could roll my uncollected dividends into further shares?

Your shares represent just that, a share. A share entitles you to a fixed percentage of the company. So as the company increases in value, your shares do so as well. No need for further shares.

Now I realize that my guildmaster, bilbous, has left his proxy in management hands but he would still like to be informed before significant decisions are taken. It appears, in fact, that management is acting unilaterally and not holding board meetings at all.

Meetings are scheduled every year [Two months in RL.]. The circus was given one percent of the total shares. That percent may not be given away, however, and must remain in the possession of the Azure Circus. Shares are handled by the owner alone. Their sale or use must not be approved by the board of shareholders. If the shares are used for the benefit of the company, rejoice. [Platinum, to be exact ]

All shareholders are asked to attend the first yearly meeting of the board of shareholders in 60 days time. [Friday, 13th of March, 19.00 GMT] The meeting will be held in the offices of the Tyndale Trading Company.
