I believe the magic shouldn't be able to kill the opponent in duels unless the magic user pushes yes on a thingy that says "Do you really want to kill your opponent?"

Tired of being killed on accident..... :-\

we have a bug tracker for a reason please do not report bugs to the forum if you want them fixed.

Tell them in the appropriate place... which is the bug tracker... not the forums.

If you do not have an account, or do not feel comfortable writing it up, please provide the details to me and I will open a ticket on the bug tracker, then post the link here so you can monitor it.

i like the killer magic, this way i don't have to waste my time after each kill clicking the yes button while i'm being attacked by the other 7 guys
