Community input wanted for GM team improvements: Results?

Is there anything the GM team can share with the players about the results?

I was hoping for many many more PMs, but only got 3 so far.

I'll present the points in our next meetings. The results will eventually be seen IG. I can' say whether we'll post results on the forums or not.

I'm still hoping for many more replies, so keep telling your friends to participate.

The number of responses is a part of the results, so thanks for the reply!  That's really disappointing that more people haven't participated.  People seem to have a tendency to complain about not having their voices heard, and then they pass on opportunities like this.

But well, I advertized that thread several times on IRC too and the number of PMs I got didn't increase either.

I agree with Zanzi that people complain so often, especially about the GM team there have been many complaints recently, thats why I hoped for many many many more replies.
Who knows, maybe with this reminder thread people will take a look and send in replies

Yeah, very interesting. I wonder, Vonor, if you have taken any of the conversations I've had with you into consideration, because if I recall, I have on occasion said things about the GM team that I either liked or disliked and how I thought they could change. If not, I may have to tell you again

In any case, the GM team is always open to suggestions and feedback from players. If you feel you have been treated unfairly or if you think there's something we can do better, there are open channels of communication at your disposal (in-game, IRC, forum PMs, email).

If you choose to stay quiet then you're missing your chance to help out. If what you have to say is not constructive, it's better saved for a different audience. Everyone needs to vent and a good rant always helps. Just make sure you pick the right arena for it, as in one where what you say out of frustration will not be regarded as an opinion you've had time to thoroughly think through.

@Dajoji: Yeah, I prefer to speak directly and privately on such matter cause I don't like getting into arguments on the forums with a bunch of people who don't know what they're talking about It frustrates me and usually forces me to leave the forums for a while. Also, I sometimes rant, and I like to keep my rants to people who I like and who will listen (or totally ignore me but pretend to listen ), and who won't rant back with arguments. When someone is in a rant mood, the last thing they want is someone else ranting the opposite direction at them. Sorta like driving

Anyways, people need to speak up now when they have the chance. If you don't speak now, don't bother ever publicly complaining about the GM team. If you do nothing to change it when there is the chance, you have no right to complain. It is sorta like the president. If you didn't vote you have no right to complain

GM team monitoring and reviews are a permanent requirement of any system such as this.
