Can't Get The Quest! (frustrated)

ok, so I spend all night questing with my girlfriend (Renet Cestrey).  we are trying to do the same quests together, you know take the monotony out of questing.  well then i find out that you have to wait a certain amount of time before npcs give a quest again... Long story short its been 3 hours now, and Brintec STILL won't give me the quest! 

* Madoring has no hair to pull out anymore as he already is bleeding from his scalp!

Why Brintec, Why?

I think that there should not be a quest delay timer, that sucks dude.

ps.  I did eventually get the quest, i guess posting my complaint helped...

on fragnetics that makes sense, but perhaps they MIGHT want to adjust that someday if they think of it, eh?

Think about it, why didnt he just ask your freind to get twice as much if he needed that much?  should harnquist eat 30 apple an hour, he would need to take even more breaks.  maybe that is why the sewers are so big and wide? 

yeah, eww.. i know.  I work in the industry, never ever seen such a nice wide sewer....
