Discworld anyone?

come on, i\'m sure EVERYONE remembers Discworld!!!

i\'ve got the first Discworld game which rocks to the limit!!!

that was the only adventure that i was stuck at for 2 weeks before i asked a friend to read the walkthrough and tell me what to do -> i forgot to put the octopuss into the outhouse, before i exchanged the clams for prunes

the sequel is also nice and still hilarious (the first one rocks to heaven and hell), about  the 3rd sequel i don\'t know how it is

i also have about 3-4 Discworld novels :] (read about 10 of them - all that were available at local libraries)

Discworld, i just recently started playing it again. It\'s really entertaining, but also one of the most difficult adventures i have ever played.

Discworld 2 is also absolutely hilarious, i just loved the scene with Death in the studio shooting a film about himself.

Discworld Noir, doesn\'t really have the atmosphere that the previous two had, it\'s more dark and serious in a way. Humor isn\'t as good.

The books are all on my shelf, haven\'t read them all yet though.

Oh lord that game drove me bats!  lol  I just could NOT get the hang of it, and I merely had the demo!  It was the bit with Rincewind and the fishmonger, and you had to do something with the octopus and...good grief it was insane.

Unless you\'ve read most of the books (and at the time I was in the States and they didn\'t get Pratchett there) you were pretty sunk, but it is rather amusing, I must admit.

oh yea ...i like that scene too :]

...yup, discworld is one of the most difficult adventures (alongside legend of kyrandia) and definetly one of the funniest (alongside monkey island)

i know noir doesn\'t have the same feeling, but i\'d like to play it anyways ...did anyone make a linux port of that also? if not does it run in winex (damn i hate wine(x))
