What happened with Amdeneir?!?

I'm a PlaneShift Veteran, but a forum Newbie.  I just found a cool post about "the city design contest" from 2008.  What ever became of that whole deal?  Is that the next city to be Implemented IG or what?  Just wondering...Thanks!

no  that will in fact be in game when they are done with it.

The players involved are learning how difficult the task actually is, with some wonderful results.
