also, How many times did you try it? I remember that sometimes the colors would get all weird, looked like a circus or something, but a restart was all it would take.
I would log in now, and if you see what you are talking about, do a screenshot? A picture really would be worth a thousand words, eh? That would also make this thread more valuable to others who may have this same issue. they could see the screenie, and say, hey, that is my issue, lets see how they fixed it. of course that means ... PLEASE... post the solution when you find it.
[rant]few things annoy me more than people asking a community for help, and then when they find the cause all they say is "found out why, thanks" and do not care enough about anyone else to actually post the solution! Every thread asking for help SHOULD have either the solution, a link to the solution, as well as confirmation that the solution worked and any additional information! If you want help, please take the time to help the next person. I believe the reason many do not search the forum, but re-post is that the majority of threads discuss issues, but are not really helpful to people who are not even sure if it is the same problem. Case in point, I am sure hundreds have probably had this issue, whatever it is. Where is the screenshots and solution in an easy to find format? I dunno. but I bet you can find dozens of posts that might be related. might. might not. so they repost. Oh well.... [/rant]
Then also include system stats, some of the smart helpful people here actually know issues across different platforms, vid cards, etc. I know what I have seen on my computers, but some know things I have never seen. For example, I have never played PS on a mac or linux, so those issue would be foriegn to me, but I do have vista still. <please, not the face! not the FACE!> heheh
If you need a place to upload the photo, you could always photobucket it and drop the link here.
