Realy anormal low resolution textures on Vista 64

Hello,
I'm new to PlaneShift, i just installed the game on my Vista 64 installation, and when i get into the game, there is realy realy realy low resolution texture, nothing like in the screenshots, it's not realy playable like that... the probleme is i don't know how to take screenshot to show you the problem,

there is my systeme configuration :
Core 2 Duo E4500 2.2Ghz (OC 2.9Ghz)
2Go of RAM
ATI Radeon HD3850 256 Mb
Windows Vista 64 SP1

If you need something else... (like a screenshot that i don't know how to take) :p

take a look at http://www.hydlaaplaza.com/smf/index.php?topic=32557.0 and if that does not help i would suggest you look at the settings in pssetup to see if playing with that helps any.

Oops, i've set downsampling to the maximum without know what it was...
