Playing on Non- RP server?

I can't get on the non-RP server, I used my account that I se for the RP server, but it said no account with that name, and I don't know where to sign up for the non- RP server

The other server has it's own registration page.  You have to register for an account on that server.

OK, I still can't find that page, it doesn't say it on the client, and on the registration page here I only get Fragnetics resistration

Even when the fragnetics server is down, a lot of people can not find ezpc registration, what are the chances they would stop looking if the fragnetics server were up?
