Yes, they did - the first time ever. They are the third German Champion from this area in Germany.

It is already remarkable when FC Bavaria Munich is not the German Champion. ;)

Well you can't say Bayern isnt good because they have almost everyone in there. 3 great strikers: Podalski, Klose, and Toni. Its kinda like looking at FC Barcelona with Henry, Messei, and E'to. They have Lucio and Lahm with the midfield of Ribery, Ze' Roberto, and van Bommel.

Well ... it is getting boring when the best teams win the championship, earn the most money, buy the best players, win the championship, earn the most money ...

... buy the most expensive players, have a bunch of single players but no more "team", do not win the championship anymore. Surprise. ;)

Personal opinion it ought to return to the original concept and limit entries to the Champions and be a real Champions League, even if it means my beloved Arsenal  wouldn't get in.
