Exception_Access_Violation at 0072171A

When I attempt to launch the client I am getting this error.  What do I need to do to fix it.  Thanks

im having the same problem. any help that could be offered would be appreciated

EDIT: i turned off the Vertex Buffer Object  in the setup and it seems to be working now
