What planeshift NEEDS..most needed technically

ok i used to play planeshift on atomic blue i long time back now im back. most needed to least.


1. They need to split up the world, so its not one huge map, smaller maps, thus alot less lag for everyone. notice in differnt games theirs smaller maps and they load, so the loading time at beggining of game intilizing the world isnot so long either, it just happens more often in shoter times, for example, every \"mile\" theirs another map you must load.
2. PLANESHIFT HAS THE BEST POTENTIAL EVER.
they need to make it so its more xompatiable for even laggy computers of other people, thus more people will be able to come to the game. if theirs one thing that drives people away from a game its LAG..

1. You don\'t need to split the map in smaller maps. I hate that loading in morrowind for example. If you make a good dynamic loader you are fine.
2. It\'s only a tech demo speed will improve so don\'t worry

well it wouldnt be hard to split up the game world. and then even people with like 56k and not the best ram or vid card could play somewhat unlaggy. do you know how many people would play this game?! its got such great potential and if they can use it right they may make the best game of the year. the graphics alone are awesome and by the sounds of what the final version is going to be it will be even better! right now i just see people like racing and stuff, just dumb stuff you can do atm, but with these graphics its still pretty fun!

Hopefully they will do something about the lag before they move on, people suggest buying more memory or a better vid card, but in the final release people wont go buy a new vid card and memory to play the game...
