Disabling a Firewall
« on: May 04, 2003, 05:34:35 pm »
?( \"There is an error in the database on your account. Please contact a PS Admin for help.\"  Then Planeshift shuts down.  This is caused because of a firewall that can\'t connect to Port 13331.  Does anyone, by chance, know how I would go about disabling a firewall?  ?(

do you have a firewall installed on your computer (like zonealarm or some symantec/norton product)..?
Then you can open the necessary port. If your provider runs a firewall you have to contact him to open the necessary port for you.
