Then whoever wrote those quests was wrong. I never edited them, or it would have been changed. :)

why, because magically created creatures defying real world physics somehow makes them less plausible? Who says Kran have teeth in the first place? I don't see any in their maw...

Diamonds the Kran gobstopper, not meant for chewing but will last for ages if sucked ;)
Not everything is eaten because its easier or a more efficient form of energy intake.

well rhetorical question here, where does diamond dust come from in the game?

Then again I seem to recall having this argument before sometime and it isn't worth repeating. I probably ended up on the wrong side the last time too :)

I cannot help but laugh at all of the kran dining choices that i have. Now i know diamond is not the best thing to be eating! but hey there is nothing better than rock candy to a kran . About mercury, i dont advise anyone who is not a kran to consume it, :-X unless they want a leaky stomach. I dont really understand what tool you would use to crush up the cinnabar into mercury, and i dont understand what lumium is. Do you use lumium to make weapons or armor with? I could always test mercury and lumium in alchemy and potion making (i know its not implemented, i am just roleplaying here  :detective:) anyways, the cinnabar sounds awfully delicious, but i have come to the conclusion that i should wait to see further testing of the substance before consuming it. Maybe someday we can think of kran food recipies, and all of the delicious things that i have read on this post!!!

Lumium may be an exotic raw material for jewelry. That would be my guess.

My guess is that it might be a required ingredient for weapons planned to become enchanted...

If that is the case it wouldn't preclude the possibility that rings, pendants and such made from it would be similarly suitable for enchantment.

Clearly if it will be a required component of magic items then it is possible that it might be reclaimed from something like a sword that is melted down.
