[RP] Poor Sick Dwarf

Aaaaw Poor Geoni has to save somebody else again. [Tinwei this time]

Tinwei wakens in a sleepy daze as she crawls out of the murky water. The sickness gets to her head as she wanders aimlessly through the wilderness trying to find the way home. Maulbernauts near her suddenly turn away by the stench of the sickness. Even a wanderer glares at the sick girl and hides in the darkness. Hours later, Tinwei's strength fails and she collapses trying to climb a hill and rolls down into a cleaner lake, sinking to the bottom and accepting the sickening waves of unconsciousness flowing upon her....

Geoni has thoughts of concerns as he does not see the Nolthir child anywhere. Kra runs to Ojaveda to see if Tinwei was there. Kra does not find her instead, kra is told that she went to the Bronze Doors to deliver a package. Kra travels to the Bronze Doors hacking at any monster that comes kras way. Kra travels up the fortress and talks to the guards, who tell kra that the girl had already left. Confused, Geoni walks out of the cave and is surprised when a dwarf friend of kras comes by and tells Geoni that he saw Tinwei the day before. Upon asking where the dwarf points to the remains of a campfire by the lake. Geoni is disappointed but is concerned about the young girl being by herself in the wilderness. Kra peers in the lake water and sees a depression in the sand, big enough for a child....
Geoni runs to find the other lake in the wilderness  looking for as long as kra can. Geoni stops at another lake overjoyed seeing the girl in the water. But kra realizes that she is not asleep, especially seeing the cut on her leg. Kra jumps in the water to go grab her but then kras legs are frozen. Confused, kra looks up to see a figure towering over the water. He grins to show uneven teeth before waving his hands over the water, the kran completely petrified. "Both shall perish in darkness and everlasting silence." Without another word he disappears....

A Dermorian in fine clothes waits outside of the Iron Temple. He cries out for brave adventurers to recover some stolen supplies for him. Time passes and eventually a people gather near him. He informs them that one of his couriers, carrying valuable alchemical supplies, was waylaid near the Hydlaa iron mine and that the supplies are extremely valuable. During this time Mellas shows up briefly but had to run off again, however she ddoes further emphasize the importance of the supplies. The group traveled out to the mine where they encounter a diaboli in a cloak carrying a sealed bag. Despite the party's entreaties that the diaboli hand over the supplies she refuses, eventually running towards Hydlaa. After an extensive chase over Hydlaa's rooftops the diaboli is cornered by the dwarf Ench who knocks her out and took the bag, giving it to the finely dressed Dermorian. After the grateful elf had rewarded the party all went their separate ways. And they all lived happily ever aft....

A Dermorian in fine clothes walks over to the fountain in the alleyway near Kada-el's tavern. He takes some water, washing the dye from his hair and makeup from his features. A few illusions fade from his face. He pulls a cloak from within his pack and turns his fine clothes inside out, revealing a much plainer interior. Running his fingers through his reddish hair Raelas gives the alchemical supplies Alirukell would never see a grin....

In front of the Iron Temple Mellas looks down at a unconcious young diaboli....

[Geoni]

( Geoni stands petrified underwater, right in front of the unconscious Tinwei. Kra was put under a spell by a mysterious black figure, therefor if nobody is to come quick, Tinwei could die, and Geoni should stand a relic until someday a generous person should come with a potent potion, and unpetrify Geoni. Geoni will come out of a state of petrification to find that kra's little friend is dead.)

[Sillamon]

Sillamon is sitting on the lawn outside of the sanatorium again. He hears a familiar voice greet him and is pleased. When asked he informs the doctor that the medicine seemed to work at first but then stopped working. In the course of discussion he mentions that he now finds himself falling asleep at times for no apparent reason. He asks if it might be the medicine thats doing this but Dr. Forita does not think so. Dr. Forita mentions that there is likely a reason for this sleeping. Perhaps its the sickness. The doctor departs and returns later with some food for the dwarf. Seeing that Sillamon is asleep he lets him rest leaving the food close to Sillamon. Later on Sillamon awakens to the welcoming aroma of a freshly cooked omelet. Sillamon can only hope that Alirukell returns with a cure.

A Brutal Assault

Sillamon is sitting on Kada El's on the floor off to the side. He is bored and tired of being in the sanatorium all by himself. He waits patiently hoping that someone friendly or familiar stops by. Sure enough he meets a Menki named Mogweh. After conversing for a while Mogweh suggests the Sillamon goes back to the Sanatorium so that others don't get sick. Vayl is nearby and offers to take him. They speak with Geoni briefly before Vayl escorts Sillamon out.  Caira greets everyone as she enters the tavern but Sillamon apparently does not hear her. She smiles weakly as the two pass her. They stop at the fountain in the plaza and Sillamon notices a familiar scent. The lavender aroma is strangely familiar but he cannot recall why. They proceed to the garden and then to the back of the tree. Thinking that Vayl is interested in him romantically he tries to charm her only to end up on his back and beaten up. She puts a dagger through his hand and bangs up his face pretty good with the handle leaving it bloody. During the struggle he manages to grasp her hair. He tries to pull her head down to bite her nose but Vayl cuts it off freeing herself. She then flips him over and carves the letters "HD" into his back. She then steals a valuable sword from his sack and runs off.

  Angithe, worried about Geoni, asks around a bit and finds he went looking for Tinwei. Wondering how two people could go missing so fast, he heads in the direction Geoni was headed. After a few hours of searching, he spots Geoni at the bottom of a lake, petrified. After he gives Geoni a potion, they survey their surroundings, finding Geoni's belongings had been stolen. Following a trail of tria back to the forests around the magic shop, they spot a little girl named Azaza. The poor six year old was a black flame follower, and in her evil nature she tried to murder Geoni. Unfortunately, kra had to kill her.
  After their ordeal in the forest, Tinwei was still missing, and Angithe and Geoni head into Hydlaa to start a search group.

Geoni stands petrified, as Tinwei becomes so covered in sand that nobody can see her anymore. A kind Menki comes up and sticks a weird potion into kra's mouth, as Geoni slowly comes to kra's senses. Geoni notices the menki, and runs up to the top of the water, so that they can both get out of the water. Geoni goes up to a rock, feeling very dizzy as kra notices kra's bag half empty, kra's armor stolen, and 100000 of kra's tria stolen by somebody. On the side of the empty bag Geoni notices a long black strand of hair, and realizes that the dark figure that petrified kra must have been female.
    As Geoni snaps out of dizziness, suddenly remembering that kra saw Tinwei lying unconscious on the lake floor. Geoni runs back into the water to check, but doesnt see her due to her being buried by the sand. Geoni walks back out of the lake wondering where Tinwei is, then the Menki tells Geoni that he spots a trail of tria, hexas, and some octas creating shiny specks of light. They follow the trail of tria, Geoni allowing the Menki to keep all of the tria for unpetrifying kra, and they end up all the way in the Forest. In this forest the trail of tria ends, as the Menki notices a dark cloaked girl named Azaza, with 2 giant hammers in her hands, standing before them.
        All in all, all i can say is that she attempted to murder Geoni and the Menki, so Geoni had no choice but to use self defence. She reveals to them that she had spent all of the stolen tria on training in Black Magic. She continues to attack, and after a light kick from Geoni, Azaza dies, lying on the ground. A dark voice fills the air saying "I will come back to haunt you, and the black flame shall prevail!"
      Weirded out about all of this, the two take a break to rest in Levrus's magic shop. They later return to Hydlaa, with scary news about Tinwei, and her condition, that she is in a near death stage of a disease, and she had not been seen by Geoni since kra was petrified.

[Geoni]

    Geoni, Luckeley, and Trogdar set off to the Bronze Doors to find Tinwei in one of the lake's bottom. The three of them find her in a state of unconsciousness, and are hesitant to bring her back to the sanatorium. Trogdar carried the lower half, Geoni carried the upper half and Luckeley carried himself    They run her, all the way to the Hydlaa sanatorium, and place her on a bed as Alirukell stands up out of his chair, and Sillamon looks up on the bed. "Hello he says" Geoni nods to Trogdar and Luckeley and thanks them as they get back to working.
    Geoni asks Alirukell how kra can help Tinwei and Sillamon get better, as Alirukell replies "The medicine was stolen by a mysterious person. He escaped into the Laanx dungeon, though the last person we sent into the dungeon after him never came back." Geoni looks at Alirukell shocked at what kra heard. "Oh no! It may be dangerous for me to go in there, though ill risk it! Im tough for my age!
    Alirukell scans Geoni head to toe. then nods at the feeble old kran "It would be best if you find somebody to go with you, it is not safe for one to go down into that dungeon alone anymore." Me nods, with sleepyness in kra's eyes, as kra heads to the tavern to get some well needed rest for days to come.

A Turn for the Better

Over the next few days Sillamon spent most of his time in the Sanatorium recovering from the beating he was subjected to in the secret garden. He encountered a few more friendly people during his stay. First Alirukell, then Garosan. During each visit he described what happened and was able to give a fairly good description of his assailant. Among the things he recalled was a female diaboli voice and the smell of lavender. He had also retained a fist full of hair from the incident.

During his conversation with Garosan he described a sword that was stolen from him. It was unusually sharp and had an engraving on the blade. The handle felt like those used on good hand crafted swords. Garosan produced a sword which Sillamon carefully held and felt. Surprisingly it felt quite similar if not identical.

During his conversion with Alirukell we was given a potion to try. Trustingly he took the potion and drank it. Within seconds he started to feel better. Alirukell then used the same spell he used earlier to examine Sillamon once more. It seemed to indicate that the sickness was cured. Smiling brightly Sillamon left the tent to go for a walk. While his body still ached from the assault, and his hand was still deeply wounded though he felt lively again. But would the effects of the potion be permanent or just temporary ? He agreed to meet Alirukell in a week to see if the improvement remained.

Doctor Forita gets called to the plaza fountain, finding Mogweh Parduu sitting there, with a strangely loose head and caughing with blood. Mogweh tells a story that he got his throat cut while he tried to help a blind dwarf - obviously Sillamon. Did he get infected while getting killed? It seems that this wound now does not heal anymore, after his return from the Death Realm.

So Doctor Forita offered to try to stitch his throat, but needs to make a sedative first, and needs preparations with protective clothing. Hopefully, Alirukell gets a substitute for his ingredients in the meantime - just fixing his head won't be a final solution, it needs to be able to heal...

[Felt like posting this, better than fueling the flame-storm over at the wipe poll]
Raelas waited down in the Laanx dungeon, after a time Mellas, Trogdar and Geoni showed up, demanding that he allow them to examine the bag he was carrying. He refused, and after a long standoff, simply dropped the bag and ran. [Very, very brief summary of the incident.]

Raelas settled himself against the gate, breathing heavily. That was close, that ynnwn is persistent, you have to be more careful, you idiot. He worked the tension out of his shoulders somewhat, then grinned, Ah, but that I could see the look on Alirukell's face when he finds out what we put in there.
