I can't find anything in http://etracea.proboards.com/ or http://www.hydlaaplaza.com/smf/index.php?board=18.0  :detective:

So where can I find info  about the Etracea Guild?

have you tried to contact their members via in game?  Many guilds don't care to make an 'about us' thread on the forums, so often times, the best way to find out about the guild and whether or not that are currently recruiting new members is to ask some of the members when they get online.
