[RP] Alliance of Enkidukai - Council Meeting

D: i must be hanging out with the wrong circle. Never heard of them until Akaiddo told me about them and the allience. But after today i never realised Illysia (spelt wrong i think) was in it, so they must be knowen since she runs the Stone Head Tavern.

                                                                                                    Dharke Tirabu walks into Brado's tavern and searches the walls for the original Council Meeting notice.
                                                                                                    Upon finding it, she immediately covers the notice with another poster.

<sup>The second meeting of the Alliance of the Enkidukai will be held in a few days [02/02/10 4AM GMT].
It will again be held in the Akkaio Dsar in Ojaveda, unless the weather takes a turn for the worse.
The agenda will include determining the internal laws of the Alliance, discuss methods to obtain and
use assets of the Alliance as well as and continuing discussions from the previous meeting if there is
time.

All are welcome and encouraged to attend, importantly members of House Cheshire, Royal
House of Purrty, the Akkaio Seth Clan and the Kore Irka Clan. Audience members who are not a part
of the Alliance may input in discussions but can not take part of voting.

The second meeting of the Alliance of the Enkidukai will be chaired by Barike Cheshire.

Come and take part of the decisions made for the well being of all Enkidukai, for Ojaveda and for Ylaikum.

This notice has been issued by Dharke Tirabu, the secretary of the Alliance of the Enkidukai.</sup>

[ That should be 03 Feb... And the meeting will be limited to 2 hours long at the most as there is at least one person who has to work the next day. I don't figure any of the europeans will be able to be present. But as Dharke said, logs will be posted. ]

@ LigH, ummmm. we put it at 9pm 02/02/10 my time zone, GMT -6. Which should be *gasp* 2/3/10 03:00 GMT....oh no  .

@BLERGHtrue: Perhaps we did not give enough notice . I'm on lunch at work right now. I will honor whatever decision is made: carry on with planned time or reschedule.  However, Fri 2/05/10 GMT is no good, and Sat 2/06/10 is ok after 22:00 GMT.

I'm concerned that we may have oops'd this idea; it is important for the Europeans to be there because Queen Lolitra is still watching the EA's performance to determine if it is a beneficial for TRHoP to be a member.

With my laptop banned off my Dad's network for my un-Christian behaviour, I doubt even I'll be able to attend.

The decision whether to call off the meeting laying in the hands of Barike, our new chairman, I hope you all the best.

If I can attend, it'll be on this cruddy computer, where graphical glitches and crashes are as common as the cold.

I say to postpone it if Akaiddo isn't able to be on his laptop. One of us (me) crashing during the meeting would be one thing... But 2 of us crashing regularly would be a bit much for an even half way decent flow to the meeting. I was already thinking that it was a bit too short of notice, and we do need a representative from RHoP present. What major RP's are planned for the coming weekend? I would think if it was done on the weekend it would allow for a broader cross section of players to be present.
