ok there has ben like 40 people searching for the quest guy for over like 2 hours!!! nobody can find him!! help us mods ;(

I bet the devs actually forgot to add the character or at least to enable the character to give out quests

yea i was there, and the guy was nowhere to be found, but its mostly cause of lag

see lag prevented us to look as well as we hoped.

Maybe the guy dissapears every five or six hits, so there isnt a million people doing the quest at once.

See if you can find the right NPC, let alone finish the quest...
