Player Number Trends 4 XMAS

It's not very clear on the laanx statistics page, and i haven't been on PlainShift long enough to know this.
Around christmas time, is there usually a drop in player number? a significant drop? If so, would it be within a week of christmas or a few days or etc?

I know that during the month of december there should be more of a steady player population during the weeks as a bunch of players would be on holidays and can play more on weekdays, and such.

However, I'm worried that around christmas a bunch of players would go on holiday, or engage in other activities, and this would affect the date an RP will be planned :\ Any observation would help, thanks.

I think it has usually been the other way around.  Vacation means no school.

Tuxide's right, most people are at home with their families. Excluding those who go on vacation, most are on more during Christmas except the day of and after.

what you talking about? christmas is for vacationing, winter sports, and spending time with people irl. i try to stay as far away from video games as possible and have family fun (hard to have any other time of the year lol)!

We stay inside during Christmas where I'm from. Unless it's a vacation.

Christmas is for getting dragged off to the distant relatives and friends of the family that I don't really like...I spend as much time playing video games as possible to keep me sane.

Agreed... minus the crowds.  I'm a bit of a scrooge when it comes to the seasonal holidays.  The colder the better I say.

I could care less about Christmas, it means nothing religious to me as it was intended. No, the only thing about Christmas that is meaningful to me is that it allows me to be with my family for two weeks.
