login problem

i have login problem that when i want join main server told me that user or pass is incorrect
i changed my pass ,register another account but don't work
i know that forum account its diffrent with game account
i verifyed accounts
help me plz

AFAIK, both the fragnetics server and the expcusa server require you to set up an account on each server.  You can't use the account you made for one on the other.  Which registration page did you use to make an account? (provide the link)

The other possibility is that in the game client there is a hidden space at the end of the password or user name line causing you troubles.  Try removing everything and hitting delete and backspace afterwards in the boxes to make sure there aren't any.  Then try to enter your user name password combo again and see if that works.

I cant't get the login account user and password to work on the .5 client. I used the same email address and password that I used on the .4.03 client, but no luck. Do I have to make a new character associated with the new client? If this is true all my hard work will be gone. This would be very hard to accept. I hope my old character can be played on this server. Please tell me what I must do?

Thank you. The problem is resolved. I can login and run on tme .5 client.

I sometimes (a bit rarely) get this issue when I'm torrenting at the same time or using alot of internet traffic, along with the usual 'cannot connect' or "you've disconnected" issues.

I'm having this problem with my Alts accounts, [thoughts i'd use this thread instead of making a new one]

One of the alt account i have managed to log in with once, but after that i get the message " disconnected client... error" then it moves onto say wrong usename or password. which i have double checked, i also checked i have correct server selected.

Is this still a known problem? or was it fixed?

I have the same problem. Changed my password, re-registered but nothing helps.
