Can't log on...

I just finished loading the client, I installed it and now I'm trying to play, the thing is that I see the bing of the server (trying to get on fragnetics) Ezpcusa is failed but that doesn't matter to me. So I go and try to log on but it says the server isn't reacheble or isn't connected. So I go check the server status and it is operational.

Anyone can tell me what the problem is? I'm on xp home edition in case my CPU might be needed.

EDIT : Finally managed to login .. but having another error which terminates the client after the console message "PSLoader: step 6: success" (Think I should post this one to the bug tracker) .. don't know if I should leave the lines below for reference, so will leave this to moderators and admins. Thanks everyone .

I m having same issue here , both servers are online but always gives error message :-

The server is not running or is not reachable. Please check the website or forums for more info.

I have this appearing in console just after I press the OK button (or press Enter) :-

Then, when I try to login again without changing the selected server I get this error message :-

Your client has disconnected. If you are seeing this message a connection error has likely occurred.

without any console message.


Then (If I hadn't set the remember password option) , when I change selected server and press the button to login I get this error message :-

Incorrect password or username.

with the same message appearing in console

If I rewrite the password (or if I had set the option to remember password) the procedure is restarted except that the first step (sometimes) goes without the console message.

Sometimes, that console message doesn't show up in these steps I mentioned too, I 'll keep trying it.

Anyway .. I want to say : Great work all Planeshift developers .. I know U are doing great job with this project, Hope U continue to more and more success.

I get this issue when I'm torrenting, webcamming, or using alot of bandwidth at the same time, or when the server has a bad ping rate. Might have something to do with lag?

I would have to agree with Akaiddo, I also suffer from this issue if I run PS on a GPRS connection.

I am having the same trouble but i am hardly using any of my bandwith and my ping is at 300(good for my area)  if anyone has any fixes that would be great

it was working a couple of days ago for me not sure what happened
