Everytime I try to connect is says an error has ocurred please consult with your ps advisor or somthin but anyway I wont let my connect any ideas?

Here is exactly what it says: There is an error in the database on your account.  Please contact your PS Admin for help.

Also before when I was done creating my character it said I was linkdead and said to report that too.
