Evolution of human Civilization
« on: May 12, 2003, 06:38:05 am »
I got this info from Michiu Kaku, who is a world renouned Theoretical Physicist. He explains the human civilization in 4 stages.

Type Zero Civilization:
This is unfortunately where we are. We are still a civilization that depends mostly Earth\'s natural resources for energy. We can\'t predict weather accurately enough for it to help us in danger. Basically we are very primitive people. Our technology is so primitive that we can unleash the power of hydrogen fusion only by detonating a bomb, rather than controlling it in a power generator.

Type One Civilization:
A Type I civilization is one that controls the energy resources of an entire planet. This civilization can control the weather, prevent earth-quakes, mine deep in the earth\'s crust, and harvest the oceans. By the the time we are a type one civilization we would have already explored our entire solar system.

Type Two Civilization:
This is when out civilization has just begun to master the gravitational force-that is, the art of warping space-time via holes-and hence, for the first time, has the capability of reaching nearby stars. It has evaded the limit placed by the speed of light by mastering Einstein\'s theory of general relativity. Small colonies have been established on some of these systems. Our civilization\'s spaceships are powered by the collision of matter and antimatter. The ability to create large concentrations of antimatter suitable for space travel places that civilization many centuries to a millennium away from ours.

Type Three Civilization:
This is when our civilization has harnessed the energy source contained within the galaxy itself. To it, warp drive, ad of being an exotic form of travel to the nearby stars, is the standard means of trade and commerce between sectors of the galaxy. Thus although it took 2 million years for our species to leave the safety of the forests and build a civilization, it may take only thousands of to leave the safety of our solar system and build a galactic civilization. One option open to a Type III civilization is harnessing the power of supernovae or black holes. Our spaceships may even be able to probe the galactic nucleus, which is perhaps the most mysterious of all energy sources. Astrophysicists have theorized that because of the enormous size of the galactic nucleus, the center of our galaxy may contain millions of black holes. If true, this would provide virtually unlimited amounts of energy.
At this point, manipulating energies a million billion times larger than present-day energies should be possible. Thus for a Type III civilization, with the energy output of uncountable star systems and perhaps the galactic nucleus at its disposal, the mastery of the tenth dimension becomes a real possibility.

no it was theorized by Michiu Kaku, the theoretical physicist. Its in his book called Hyperspace.

Interesting, although I doubt that the human civilization will get much further than to stage two...
Browsing the forums when I\'m bored, nothing more.

ya we\'d probably kill ourselves with nuclear weapons or the greenhouse effect.

yeah that evolution seems to be what might happen but what about any physical mutations to the humans since astrioputhicus humans to cro-magnun there have been some changes but with the evolutions you have stated there could be dire changes to the human body

that information was given from a Physicist\'s point of view, there was no biological, psychological, or anthropoligic information included. But ya definetly humans would change, I\'m sure, I think.....

Well, I have heard it said that we are at the hight of evolution, and cant really improve... But then again, I think there is always room for improvement.

try to predict tomorrow, and the day after that, and a few more days in advance
Thanks a lot Venge...

That would be quite a challenge to predict days in advance and we are just talking about the teory of evolution of man kind
