@Vaka: umm, certain breeds of cats love water....tiger is one of them. Anyways, who ever said that enki's hate water. I take it as something that each individual can decide for themselves. Cats in general are quite clean. I've played both ways: Emm has been known to lick clean a wound if first aid is not readily available, but she would rather bath in water to clean herself fully.

General statement for everyone else: Also, enki's do not own the Oja road. The purpose of a bridge is to ease the difficulties of getting a caravan across the river instead of worrying about being swept away by high water or sinking in the river bed if the wagon is heavily loaded.  Stop thinking of bridges as the ugly concrete structures we have now adays. A very low profile wood bridge can be built that will not ruin the aesthetics of the river, but would increase the safety of merchants importing and exporting goods from the Oja area. There would still be plenty of space to swim, bathe, and fish. It's a bridge not a dam, lol.

I think it's a rather big issue in PS that players associate Enki behavior more with house-cats than with the big cat species.

Big cats enjoy bathing in water, and Enki are based more on big cats (hence, big cat size and fur coloration) so unless Settings information is there saying they have a phobia of water, you can assume they are natural lovers of water.

Cats hate water - that is a myth... actually big cats are often in water - and like to 'wade', especially if it is hot weather, and Cats are generally clean.

Then how come when I spray cats in the face with water they move away?

If you were being sprayed in the face with water, wouldn't you move away?

for the explorers guild camp being laggy, would combining object into single models help, like that circle of sacks around the central bonfire is probably whats creating alot of the lag as they're all individual sacks and probably something like 40 of them too, so creating a single model with them all joined would probably make things a bit more bareable right?

Indeed, the high number of single objects makes it load slowly into the client; and the high number of polygons makes it slow to render once it has been loaded. But I doubt that it can easily be exchanged soon by a completely prepared model on its own, because there is more business now for other projects.

the best way to make the explorers camp not laggy is to put all the items into the map  so you cant right click it and see a description.

as to that I only guessed that enkis hate water since they live in a desert.

And as to having a bridge is not just for caravans, Enkis (Akkaios) would build one for there economy since it will bring more people to Ojaveda if they are scared of water. But yes for caravans as well.
You maybe roleplaying but you could still be OOC.
