Eh ?? Uses Limewire For Planeshift Downloader , No Own Client ??

ok, i made a new account registered n all  but when i clicked download now it downloaded a torren file,,    so when i clicked to get download startedm limewire which i use for music downloads , kicked in and is using that to download, atm its not a problem i jsut found it unusal, doenst this game have a client type of its own


(added later ) i did read the site threads n all first, and download from right os which was win xp  jsut not used to the way its downloading,

Limewire is a functional torrent client (albeit a really, really crappy one).

Torrents are how a lot of open source projects (including Ubuntu) get their software out efficiently.

If you want to learn more go ahead and google bittorrent and read all about it.

 Ok will google that thank u, but what would be a good torrent downloader for a game like this ?

BitTorrent and uTorrent

There are also direct downloads from mirror servers available, but these in general are slower than torrenting, which can achieve really high speeds depending on the torrent activity.

Ok i downloaded bit torrnet 4.6 and used that, so after downloading and installing, its saying its not a win 32 application or such so im guessing i downled the wrong one after all ,    i shouldve downloded the 32 bit one  for win not the 64 bit one like i did ,   so im back dowloading the 32 bit one   so should i uninstall the 64 bit before installing the 32 bit or will it over write stialllation on 64 ??

Hi, millerhshirt,

32 or 64 bit depends on your windows installation. If you Windoes is 32 bit, you need the 32 but version on the instaler.
64 but Windows can run both versions I think. So, if in doubt, use the 32 but installer.
