Poll for What people want to do at the Stonehead

Ok peoples, I set up a "What would you like to do at the Stonehead?" Poll on the Stonehead forum to get a feel for what it is people would be inclined to go there for. Please take the time to weigh in as this information is very important. The Stonehead is there for the community and if the community doesn't care then things go down hill from there... a lot of things actually.

I'd say center more personal RPs there. The Stonehead in a way is very much a non-urban pub, sort of in Gugrontid, a wayside along the road to Bronze Doors. So give it that medieval rural tavern feel I think. I have yet to have a good in-character stop-by for a drink (though Akaiddo rarely drinks alcohol) so yeah....

Just a few ideas.

Hold a party at the Stonehead

I enjoy sitting and doing casual RP there and the pie and emeralds are delicious!!!!  All of the parties and things held there have turned out wonderfully.  I also love the fact that the stonehead staff greet you when you walk in the door and dont care if you suck at RP as long as you try.

Have you considered doing events where the player is put under the spotlight ?

For example:

Comedy night - give players who sign up and audition in advance a chance to do some standup comedy. Obviously the signing up and auditioning would be just as much a part of the rp.

A roast - get someone up there amd give a select goup os ps comedians a change to hurl an insult at them.

Singles night, Ladies night

For that matter, a swinger's night. Come with a date and leave with someone else. Return in the morning to get your partner back. Smirk and giggle about the experience.
- a lot could be rp'd here... Some characters might take offence or feel awkward.
It could be turned down a notch if that's a little too spicy.

Perhaps do something with the hydlaa draw if euras is still into it ?

Perhaps think about what sort of things they do in popular bars and try to adapt it to the game.
