quest crashed?

While i just got the quest "best judgement" from reliom in sewers, i've got immédiatly the message that i have completed that quest....
i can't have it anymore....i can't discard it.
I didn't notice any bugs in that froum on that quest.
Have i any chance to enter blackflame one day or another?

did you give him an item or say no? if you did it could have triggered the completion
if your answer is no to both questions, contacting a dev is your only option, since i've been told gm's cant hep with quests unless they are still open
