Hi,

I want to know how to get a mount in PlaneShift? What quest do you have to do, where it is etc...

Sorry im a newb, and saw a guy with like a bat/ sting ray thing, and i want to know where to get it.

There are certain quests which allow you to gain mounts and other pets. (I suppose saying that much is allowed...)
Best, ask a person with a mount in-character how they got it.  :)

It's a drifter.  And don't worry, you will see one again, plenty of people have mounts. :)

Even if you only see people not riding one in this moment ... they may already have one or know about getting one.

Stand next to a small group, listen to them a bit, and if you feel that disturbing them is not too unwelcome, ask politely.
