OpenGL should come with your graphics driver, so make sure you have the right one installed (matching your graphics card and being capable of 3d acceleration)

Details, details, details!

Which operating system (exactly)?

Which graphic card (exactly)?

Which driver version and source?

From the lack of information provided by you, I could guess that you are running some Microsoft Windows version (XP / Vista / 7?) with default Microsoft graphic drivers.

ATI Radeon 9600 Pro -- then look at the ATI/AMD website for ATI graphic drivers:

http://ati.amd.com => Download drivers

- Content category: Desktop graphics
- Product line: Radeon 9xxx series
- Product model: Radeon 9600 series
- Operating system: Windows XP - 32 bit

Or look for a graphic driver CD which came with your PC (although as old as this card is, the drivers are probably quite outdated today).
