if yoouve downloaded it properly and got in the game
if its the first time your in thr game click on the create buttoon to create a char you username will now be your char name
after you set up your char youll be asked for a password and then to confirm your password
when youve entered you password click connect
it might take a bit when you first boot it but after that it will be ok
