Have you ever "invented" food – or at least cooked somethign new without using a book – and it went out quite well?

Yes, heavily. Training camp trip to the mountains; breakfast time; rubbishing with friends; tripped over my own foot -- fell on a table, hit the rolls basket at the very edge -- rolls raining though the room

Yeah, I've eaten some Vegemite and it was in 2006 and the best before date was 1999 lol.

HYE moved over to another country? e.g USA to Canada or England to France, etc.
