YES, was riding an older bike, front wheel was not in the best shape, hit a small bump going top speed, the whell turned completely sideways, so it went from | to -- and the bike flips i fly forwards, my leg gets cuahgt insiside the bike, bar, thing, and me and the bike are bouncing and rolling all over the place, im layin on the ground, i sit up, i think, first thing i did was hit my head, no helmet of course, i get up, find out, broke my wrist, hurray! It was epic wipeoutt though, wish i had it on video.
